Kristell Castro's "Student's Debts Rising Due to High State Tuition"
My visual essay talks about how the debts of the students rises because they high tuition and fees here at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Thus, UIC should lower down the cost by cutting down their budget and getting rid of all the unnecessary expenses they have.
