"A Chance at Equal Education" by Ashley Sturdivant (theme: Chicago and Education)
The Chicago Public Education School System has begun enforcing new magnet school policies. All children should have a chance at equal quality education, no matter race, gender and economic status. Through these new policies many minority students are denied a chance.
