"Chicago and the Homeless" by Timir Bharucha (theme: Chicago and Social Class).
This presentation was created to open up the eyes of Chicago to its homeless problem. It is urging for the members of the society to stop shunning the homeless, and to start helping them. The government needs to get involved and not just help out the homeless now, but to also prevent future homelessness.
